When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link, if the shipping method supports tracking. Tracking information can take some time to update.

For orders to the European Union or the United Kingdom, VAT, duties and import fees may apply. Where available, they are calculated and collected at checkout. If they are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery.

Contact us as soon as possible. You can request cancellation or removal of items until the item ships. Once an order is in transit, we can't modify it.

You can request a return within 14 days after the last item in your order is delivered. Items must be in the condition you received them, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Return eligibility depends on the items in your order. See our refund policy.
